The Justice explored new campus changes for the spring semester
Students will now have to independently administer COVID-19 tests

Lack of seating on campus: All seating has been temporarily removed from Brandeis’ indoor dining locations in accordance with the State’s Guidelines for Foodservice Establishments.
—Editor’s Note: Limited indoor seating is now available in dining halls and the Shapiro Campus Center, according to a Feb. 17 email Senior Vice President of Communications, Marketing and External Relations Dan Kim sent to the Brandeis community.

Brandeis Booths: Vice President of Student Affairs Raymond Lu Ming Ou announced in a Jan. 29 email to community members that heated Brandeis Booths have been installed in Fellows Garden, directly outside of the Shapiro Campus Center. These booths have already been used for the midyear orientation that took place from Jan. 27 to Jan. 31 and can be reserved by student organizations for the duration of the semester. There are four booths, three of which have service counters. The fourth can serve as an outdoor performance space.
Brand“ICE”: Brand“ICE,” a skating rink on campus, was scheduled to open on Jan. 31 and was postponed to Feb. 1 after “unforeseen circumstances,” according to a Jan. 29 email from Ou. Brand“ICE” is located at the lower tennis courts outside of the Gosman Sports and Convocation Center. The rink is available for recreational use and can be reserved by student organizations.
