Early in a match against Northeastern University's B team, Elliot Shriner-Cahn '10, a member of the B-team of Tron, the Brandeis men's Ultimate Frisbee club, threw a pass toward Josh Mandell '11 that hung in the air due to the strong wind.
SOFTBALL: Judges rally to tie Wellesley
After committing a combined three errors in a 4-2 loss during the first game of a doubleheader at Wellesley College last Thursday, shortstop Chelsea Korp '10 and third baseman Danielle Lavallee '11 wanted to make up for their mistakes in the second game."Personally I don't think I played greatly in the first game, so I just did my best on the opposite side of the field to try and help produce runs . and try not to get any more errors than I already had," Korp said.The two put that contest behind them, driving in all three runs in a fifth-inning rally that saved the Judges from being swept in the doubleheader.

With the University Athletic Association championships on the horizon, the men's and women's track teams entered just six runners for last Saturday's Open New England Championships at Boston University, opting to rest some injured players to get them completely ready for next weekend.The runners that did compete, however, had their moments, as four of them posted season-best times in their respective events.
