Pipes' visit garners strong support amid controversy
Stirring a range of loud opinions and protest across campus, the controversial Middle East scholar Daniel Pipes delivered a lecture Tuesday in front of a packed crowd in Sherman Function Hall.While many attendees of Pipes' lectures supported his message, others did not.Around 20 of the approximately 275 audience members wore black to show solidarity against Pipes' presence and views.
